1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the rokok1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your use of our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the rokok1 platform immediately. rokok1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Continued use after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the rokok1 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of account registration
• A citizen or lawful resident under current applicable laws
• Not prohibited from using online gambling services under any laws applicable to you
• Registering an account on your own behalf only, not on behalf of another person
• Have not previously had an account closed due to fraud or a breach of terms

rokok1 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. A national identity card (MyKad) or equivalent document is accepted as proof. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3. User Account

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account on the rokok1 platform. Registering multiple accounts or simultaneously using more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, rokok1 reserves the right to suspend all accounts involved, cancel any bonuses received, and withhold balances associated with activities that breach these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. rokok1 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

rokok1 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for reasonable cause including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or misuse of the system. rokok1's decision in such matters is final.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The rokok1 platform supports various payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency, which is processed at the current market rate.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all available payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour of the request being submitted
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• rokok1 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits

Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another user. Any attempt to transfer funds between accounts is considered a breach of these terms. rokok1 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by rokok1 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. The rokok1 welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement is met. Wagering must be done using the bonus funds before any winnings from that bonus can be converted to cash. rokok1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the spirit of the offer.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus value
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games as stated in the offer
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per household, per IP address
• rokok1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of the rokok1 platform are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Using third-party software, automated bots or other mechanical systems to play
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors found on the platform
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) with the aim of avoiding genuine risk
• Collaborating with other users in a way that undermines the integrity of the game
• Depositing or using funds obtained through unlawful means
• Making false claims or demands to customer support
• Impersonating a rokok1 representative or any other individual

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account cancellation without refund. rokok1 reserves the right to withhold balances in accounts involved in prohibited activities while an internal investigation is carried out. If criminal activity is identified, the relevant authorities will be notified.

7. VIP Programme and Cashback

rokok1 offers a VIP programme with four user tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate based on the user's level of gaming activity.

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent gaming activity over a specified period. Cashback is automatically credited to the user's account and is not subject to additional wagering requirements. rokok1 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure at any time after giving reasonable notice.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

rokok1 collects and processes users' personal information for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and service improvement. The collection and use of this data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read separately.

By accepting these terms, you give rokok1 permission to process your personal information for the stated purposes. You have the right to request access to your personal data or to request its deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The rokok1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. rokok1 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. Losses arising from technical disruptions, network failures or other factors beyond our control will not be the responsibility of rokok1.

rokok1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of this platform. Our total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the seven days prior to the claim arising.

10. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your rokok1 account at any time by contacting our customer support via live chat or email. Balances in active accounts will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions and provided no bonus balance remains that has not met the wagering requirements.
